Founded in 1994, by two old business friends (Polya & Gonda), P.G. Limes Ltd. started as an international trade consultant company. From 2000 the company's core activity shifted into providing management consultancy services.
The company's main profile today is investment consultancy. It completed various projects with national and international investors throughout the country successfully in industrial, real estate and environmental fields.
Tony Polya
Tony has completed his first degree as a civil engineer at the Hochschuhle fur Verkehrswesen "Friedrich List" in Dresden, Germany. He continued to gain a post-graduate degree as engineer-economist with a PhD on "The risk factors involved in real estate investment projects completed in the developing world." Later on Tony qualified as an expert of real estate management at BUESPA Institute of Post-graduate Studies in Economics and became Professional Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
During his professional career Tony spent 8 years in various locations of the Middle East working both for investment companies and diplomatic corps. In recent years, based in Budapest, he focused on investment consultancy and real estate development.
Tony is a devoted sailor and enjoys playing tennis and skiing in the Alps.
Richard Polya
Richard, Tony's son, has received a BSc in Business Decision Management at the University of Bedfordshire, England. He has studied various aspects of business, including strategy, corporate management, marketing, forecasting and finance. He also obtained a Masters degree at the University of Manchester in International Economic Law.
He has gained professional experience with a Budapest based real estate agency and is currently working as product developer for a life insurance company in Vienna.
Richard has taken his passion for waterpolo with him to London and Vienna.
